Phase II-IV clinical trials services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and
CRO industries. We operate fifteen
therapeutic networks across the United States with experienced study site
staff.
Utlizing the latest internet-based technologies and proprietary training, we
streamline the clinical trials process by facilitating accelerated investigator
selection, managing the contract and budget negotiation process, and site
regulatory document preparation and tracking, and fiscal management.
Studycast provides study-specific Patient Information
Kits (Sponsor and IRB-approved) to improve patient retention.
In conjunction with ResearchVolunteer.com,
we participate in continuous patient recruitment through Internet, Radio, Cable
Television, Community Discussion Groups, Direct Mail, and Local Public Relations
Campaigns.

With one telephone call to
Studycast, you can access over twenty regionally-dispersed investigator sites in
each of fifteen therapeutic areas. Our processes compare each center's
capacity and patient population to ensure an appropriate protocol
match. This allows for timely achievement of patient enrollment
targets.
- Centralized Project
Management
Critical functions such as contract and budget negotiation, study start-up,
study operations and business development are managed from our Chicago
headquarters.
- Experienced Personnel
Study coordinators at Studycast are experienced and undergo continuous
training in GCP and ICH guidelines, as well as customer service and
communication training. This training ensures that the data is
reliable and that interactions between the site and sponsor are concise and
effective.
- Continuous Feedback
Studycast centers provide real-time reports that track study start-up,
patient enrollment and CRF completion. This information is available
to sponsors weekly or bi-weekly.
