Director
of Business Development
Full-time position. We
are looking for a candidate with an exceptional knowledge of the clinical
research market for this challenging and dynamic position.
Responsibilities:
The Director of Business Development will play a primary role in determining new
markets, products and partners for the company. This person will assess,
structure and implement strategic partnerships and investments, acquisitions and
joint ventures to maximize Studycast's growth. This person
will conduct industry research and financial analysis, and develop and deliver
proposals and presentaions to senior management and potential partners. This
person will work with financial and legal advisors to structure, negotiate, and
finalize deals.
Desired experience and skills:
- BA/BS required, MBA
preferred
- 3-5+ years work experience
in product marketing/management or management consulting/corporate strategic
planning
- Extensive knowledge of new
product development process and market entry strategy
- Proven track record in
creating strategic alliances and partnerships
- Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotech and clinical research
markets, and of the media and business models that shape it
- High degree of comfort
working with senior executives, both internally and externally is necessary
- Outstanding lead generation,
inside sales, and cold-calling skills

Director
of Corporate Marketing
Full-time position. We are looking for an ideal candidate who can take charge of
ongoing marketing activities and strategy. Candidate must be a highly motivated
self-starter with great organizational and communication skills and a positive
attitude.
Responsibilities:
The Director of Corporate Marketing will be responsible for developing and
deploying the company's overall marketing strategy. This person will use
a variety of tools, including online and offline direct marketing, brand
marketing, PR, event marketing, and affiliate marketing, and will develop a
world-class internal reporting and direct marketing infrastructure, to insure
that Studycast quickly becomes and remains the recognized leader in its
market. This person will report to the Vice President of Marketing, and be
responsible for successfully leading a talented and dynamic marketing team, as
well as multiple outside vendors.
Desired experience and skills:
- 8+ years experience across
several marketing disciplines including direct response, strategic, and
branding
- 4+ years developing and
implementing successful marketing strategy for one or more CROs or SMOs
- A solid track record of
increasing lifetime value and ROI
- A thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotech and clinical
research markets, and their significant
players
- BA or equivalent degree in
marketing is required
- MBA and previous start-up
experience are desired
- Team player, ability to work
hard and have fun is critical

Regions US)

on-site study management process. Candidates must be team players with a
great customer appreciation and superior organizational and communication
skills.
Desired experience and skills:
- a B.A./B.S. in a scientific or healthcare discipline;
- 3 or more years experience as a clinical research coordinator;
OR
- a 2-year degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline;
- 5 or more years experience as a clinical research coordinator;
OR
- Healthcare license/certification (RN,
RT, LPN, etc.);
- 7 or more years experience as a clinical research coordinator;
AND
- experience coordinating multiple studies;
- strong knowledge of medical terminology;
- strong customer service orientation;
- exceptional organizational skills;
- excellent oral and written communication skills;
- computer proficiency;
- the ability to implement a distinct home office; and,
- the ability to function independent of daily supervision.

Project Leader/Sr. Study Coordinator
Full-time position. We
are looking for an experienced Study Coordinator to manage several Regional
Study Coordinators. Candidate must be a team player with a great customer
appreciation and superior organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
The Project Leader/Sr. Study Coordinator will work with Project Managers,
Regulatory Specialists and Regional Study Coordinators to ensure that all
studies are being conducted per protocol, GCP, and ICH guidelines. This person will report to the
Manager of Site Operations.
Desired experience and skills:
- a B.A./B.S. in a scientific or healthcare discipline;
- 5 or more years experience as a clinical research coordinator;
- experience coordinating multiple studies;
- experience managing site staff;
- strong knowledge of medical terminology;
- strong customer service orientation;

Regulatory Specialist
Full-time position. We
are looking for an ideal candidate who is highly motivated and highly organized
with great attention to detail and solid communication skills.
Responsibilities: The Regulatory Specialist will be responsible for
the preparation and review of routine investigative site regulatory
documents. The Regulatory Specialist, along with the Project Manager,
develops study-specific tracking systems to ensure full regulatory compliance of
every Studycast investigative site. This person will report to the Manager
of Regulatory Affairs.
Desired experience and skills:
- a B.A./B.S. in a scientific or healthcare discipline;
- 3 or more years experience in study coordination, site management,
regulatory affairs, or IRB setting;
- solid foundation in FDA procedures;
- strong knowledge of medical terminology;
- strong customer service orientation;
- exceptional organizational skills;
- excellent oral and written communication skills; and,
- computer proficiency.
