Minimum Enrollment GuaranteeStudycast Research Centers utilizes numerous metrics to judge the effectiveness of our sites. One key metric is the Minimum Enrollment Guarantee. The Minimum Enrollment Guarantee is designed to provide Sponsors with assurances of and Investigators with incentives to meet patient enrollment targets. In order to participate in Studycast, Investigational Sites agree to Minimum Enrollment Guarantees for every study. Minimum Enrollment Guarantees are incorporated in every contract with every Sponsor. Minimum Enrollment Guarantees are our assurance to you that Studycast sites have carefully reviewed the protocol and are confident that they have the patient population for the study. Each Investigational Site pays a non-refundable management fee to Studycast based upon its Minimum Enrollment Guarantee. This non-refundable fee gives sites a financial incentive to meet their Minimum Enrollment Guarantees. Of course, Minimum Enrollment Guarantees are contingent upon Sponsors not making amendments that drastically decrease the available patient population. The Minimum Enrollment Guarantee must be at least 60% of the total number of subjects for which the Investigational Site contracts. With Studycast's Minimum Enrollment Guarantee, you are better able to plan your need for sites. We also refer to Minimum Enrollment Guarantees as "dump" numbers. A "dump" number is the number of subjects that an investigational site will be able to "dump" into the study within the first three weeks after initiation. Whenever possible, the Investigational Site bases its Minimum Enrollment Guarantee on its strict review of the protocol and its patient pool to ensure that the patients are available. What do Minimum Enrollment Guarantees mean to you? Speed. It's that simple! Studycast sites do not take on studies in which they are unable to enroll subjects. They can't afford to do so. |
