Tuesday, April 28, 2026
3:00–4:30 PM ET  /  12:00–1:30 PM PT

Join us for an engaging and clinically focused lecture on echocardiographic assessment of mitral valve disease, designed to enhance your diagnostic precision and confidence in daily practice.

This session will provide a comprehensive, case-based approach to evaluating mitral regurgitation and mitral stenosis, integrating current guideline recommendations with practical imaging techniques.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Distinguish degenerative (primary) from functional (secondary) MR using echocardiographic features and valve anatomy

  • Use Doppler findings to assess and grade mitral stenosis

  • Interpret echo findings within guideline-directed care to inform intervention timing and therapeutic strategy

  • How to interpret echo findings within guideline-directed care to inform intervention timing and therapeutic strategy
