The most common reason is that you are not using the study type codes. Study type codes should go into your imaging modality when you are taking the study, and tell Studycast the type of study you're doing, so the measurements map correctly. See the attached Study Type Codes document for a full list.
Start by clearing your browser cache and confirming you're using a supported browser (Chrome or Edge work best). Then try resetting your password from the login screen. To learn more, watch the Studycast University tutorial on how to log into Studycast and update your password.
If you are a new Studycast user, we recommend reaching out to your implementation specialist, as they can help facilitate this.
If you are an existing user, please submit a training request and include the study type, your company name, and we will send you the proper form.

This typically occurs when the correct reading physician is not assigned to the study. First, confirm the physician is part of the appropriate reading group, then verify that the correct reading group is assigned to the study.
We have detailed guides for each worksheet type across cardiology, vascular, and women's health – including field definitions, built-in calculations, and clinical references. You can find these in the Help menu located in the Studycast software.
